A quick scribble. Thought I would add a few more technical designs to my mech world. I based the design on a USAF post war experimental fighter design, V-173, the flying pancake. The entire body of the aircraft is a lifting surface. I felt it an appropriate model for a dropship design as this allowed for a much wider and volumous cargo space. With enough payload for a squad of fully equipped troopers and a light recce vehicle loading and unloading is facilitated by an extra wide rear ramp.
